Robert Garland began his military service career after graduating from the UTSA and the ROTC program in 1990.  His assignments included:

* F-15 Fighter Squadron duty at Kadena, AB, Okinawa Japan

* Tyndall AFB, Panama City, FL

* USAF Weapons School at Nellis AFB, Las Vegas, NV (twice)

* Weapons Officer for the Commander during Operation IRAQI FREEDOM

*  Initial Cadre Instruction Pilot for F-22 aircraft

Commander, CEO, COO, CFO for the 71st Fighter Squadron, Langley AFT, VA

* Led oversight of Department of Defense combat programs at the Pentagon

Today, Robert is the Founder, President/CEO of The Inspiring Eagle Foundation, Director of Advanced Development for Northrop Grumman

Inspiring Eagle is a national non-profit organization operated and managed by Service-Disabled Veterans and professionals from public and private sectors with the charge to transform and inspire personal and professional excellence in America.
