RSVP: jwpeterson@aol.com or call: 512-413-0636

No club meeting on Monday, December 12th, but we will be having our club party at the home of Joe and Karen Peterson. See invitation for details on food to bring, white elephant gift exchange, and outdoor venue activities.  Dress comfortable and warm.  The gift exchange is just something you have already and would love to hand off to some unsuspecting couple.  One gift per couple please.

Other instructions from Joe:
RR 1826 is under construction and the street signs are missing.  There is a sign street light and a sign at the entrance to the neighborhood.  Bear Creek Estates.   From Nutty Brown Road it’s just down the hill and up the hill to the turn off, not more than a quarter mile.  The high voltage transmission lines cross the road there too. Once you are in the neighborhood, take the first right onto Cross Creek, then the first left onto Bluff Trail.  We are 8110 Bluff Trail; number is on the mailbox.  There is limited parking in the driveway, so you will need to park along the side of the main road or in the field down near the big Christmas tree.  Bring a flashlight as it is very dark over there. Joe's number 512-413-0636 if you get lost.

Don't forget to RSVP

Interact Club and Operation Brown Santa

DSHS Interact Club and Operation Brown Santa

The Dripping Springs High School Interact Club has joined up with the Hays County Sheriff's Officers in Operation Brown Santa.  The student led organization is collecting new unwrapped toys so that local children can have a better Christmas.  Interact is a club for youth ages 12-18 who want to connect with others in their community or school. Interact club members have fun while carrying out service projects and learning about the world. Interact clubs organize at least two service projects a year: one that benefits their community and one that encourages international understanding. While Interact clubs receive guidance from individual Rotary clubs, they govern and support themselves.
