I am a Rotarian because I enjoy giving back to the community and being associated with others that share the same values.

He grew up in Round Rock, Texas, did his undergrad in Austin, and Chiropractic training in Dallas at Parker University. With a desire to travel after graduating, Sam took a position in Lima, Peru for a time then moved on to Emmeloord, Netherlands for a number of years, improving his skills. Sam and his wife Wilmayra have a two year old son named Kingsley.
Why are you a Rotarian?
I am a Rotarian because I see the good in the world but I know good things take hard work. I would like to do my part to help any way I can to change lives.
What is your favorite service project?
My favorite service project so far has been the trash pickup. It feels good to see an instant change in the community and the environment.
