December  11 -  Adriano Allain, GM of the Lonestar Soccer Club


Adrian moved to Texas from California, where he founded a soccer club in 2009 with 9 players and left it with 450 kids in the program.  The success is because of the kids.  Adrian was joined in the presentation by Grant Stettner, Recreational Director for the club.  The Lonestar club was founded in 2004 through the merger of 3 existing clubs.

Mission: To be the best youth soccer club in the nation wile developing good players.

Vision: To bring our brand of soccer to every part of central Texas.

Core Values:  Integrity * Discipline * Respect * Sportsmanship * Excellence * Leadership

Intentions: to provide local holistic soccer organization; bring the community together; and coaching and referee courses twice per year


The club believes in systems instead of goals.  The player pathway takes a player from child (4 years old) as recreational, junior academy, competitive (11 and under); national (17 and under), college, professional and senior levels.

The club enjoys 64 full time coaches and 10 administrative support personnel.

In 2013 a study revealed a $105Million output impact on the community.
